chemical products,which are used for the production of semiconductor
TR(discrete device),medium-scaled and small-scaled integrated circuit(IC),large-scaled
IC,LCD,LED,etc.It is a manufacturer of wet-method electronic chemicals
with the most complete product lines and the strongest matching capacity
in China.It is an authorized unit of National Chemical Reagents License.
The company is located in the east of Jiangyin city,a riverside
city.It is 15 kilometers from Jiangyin downtown.It has a ground area
of 15,000 square meters and a building area of 8,000 square meters
including 1500 square meters of class 10,000 clean room. Partial area
is up to Class-100 clean.
It has possessed perfect production equipment and testing instruments.The
annual production capacity of microelectronic chemicals,including
UV negative type photoresist、auxiliary reagents of UV positive type
photoresist and negative type photoresist ,super high purity reagents,chemical
reagents series,and other special electronic chemical products,is
up to 5,000 tons.In 2002,the company passed ISO9001:2000 International
Quality System Certification of the British BSI.In 2004, it has been
approved by ISO14001 for enviroment management system and OHSAS18001.
